Terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all workshop bookings made with Ebrah Studio through ebrahstudio.ch. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including our cancellation and refund policy. These terms apply to the version available at the time of your booking.
1. Booking and payment
A place is booked only once payment has completed and the confirmation e-mail has been sent. Places per workshop are limited and allocated in the order payments are completed. Your place is held briefly during checkout; if payment is not completed the hold expires.
All prices are in Swiss francs. Payment is made online through our payment provider Stripe. Ebrah Studio does not store card details.
2. Cancellation by you
Plans change, we get it.
Cancellations made more than 5 days before the workshop receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 5 days or less before the workshop are non-refundable, as materials, preparation and workshop capacity are planned based on confirmed bookings.
Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else at no extra cost.
3. No-shows and late arrivals
If you do not attend the workshop, your booking is non-refundable.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to get you involved, but we cannot guarantee that missed steps or workshop time can be made up.
4. Cancellation or changes by Ebrah Studio
Sometimes unexpected things happen.
If Ebrah Studio has to cancel a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to move your booking to another available date.
If necessary, we may make reasonable changes to workshop details such as the location, timing or format. If a significant change affects your ability to attend, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
5. Workshop materials and finished pieces
Materials and equipment required for the workshop are provided unless stated otherwise on the workshop page.
Epoxy resin is a hands-on material, and every result will vary. Colours, patterns, shapes and finishes may differ from examples or pieces shown online.
Where a piece requires curing, finishing or additional processing after the workshop, collection or delivery arrangements will be communicated during the workshop.
6. Safety
Please follow the safety instructions provided during the workshop and use materials and equipment as instructed.
If you have an allergy, sensitivity or other concern relating to the materials used in a workshop, please contact Ebrah Studio before booking or attending.
7. Personal belongings
Please take reasonable care of your personal belongings during the workshop. Ebrah Studio is not responsible for lost, forgotten or damaged personal items, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
8. Photography and content
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during workshops for Ebrah Studio’s website or social media.
If you do not want to appear in photos or videos, just let us know before or during the workshop.
9. Personal data
Personal information provided when making a booking is processed for purposes such as managing your booking, payment, communication and running the workshop. Further information about how personal data is handled can be found in the Ebrah Studio Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and workshop bookings are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that apply.
